Cadence has rhythm: Band selected to 'America's Got Talent' semifinals
The Cadence, a popular drum group that plays regularly at Icon Nightclub, was shown briefly Thursday night on "America's Got Talent" when the band learned they were selected for the top 40 semifinals show, to air after the Olympics. Band members beat on all kinds of drums including marching band drums, buckets and oil drums in a high-energy, choreographed performance.
